Not eating past 6PM has been all the rage since the cayenne pepper diet. Celebrities like Will Smith and Jeff Lewis stay tone and sexy by disciplining themselves and not eat past a specific evening time. Why is this you ask?
Great question. Eating too late holds a risk for gaining weight since when you consume food throughout the day you are using the energy from that food. When you are asleep, your body is just storing the calories instead of using it, hence your body will be storing calories as fat. It’s no wonder those Midnight Snackers have a tough time with losing weight and staying fit.
