One of my fondest memories of visiting New York, is going to Chelsea Market’s Eleni’s.
Upon entering this brightly pink and white cookies and baked goods studio, you’ll not only be amazed at the beautifully crafted cookies and cupcakes, you’ll want to buy them and start eating them. Although these sweet treats are pricier than normal, you’ll value them as a work of art when you give them out as gifts or enjoy the beautiful colors and designs as you devour them slowly.
The shop makes all kinds of designs on cookies: animals, professions, birthday theme, holiday, graduation, you name it, they probably have it.
