Cucumber Yogurt and Dill Dip

Refreshing dip for your vegetarians and organic food eaters.
Ingredients
- 1 Non-Fat Yogurt (1 Container)
- 2 Whole Cucumber
- 2 Tbl Spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Cup of finely chopped Dill Herbs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure
- Dice and skin the cucumbers
- Mix in the Yogurt, Oil, Dill Herbs and Salt/Pepper
- Serve along side cucumbers (can be substituted with carrots, broccoli, or other veggie)
