Refreshing dip for your vegetarians and organic food eaters.

Ingredients

  • 1 Non-Fat Yogurt (1 Container)
  • 2 Whole Cucumber
  • 2 Tbl Spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup of finely chopped Dill Herbs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure

  1. Dice and skin the cucumbers
  2. Mix in the Yogurt, Oil, Dill Herbs and Salt/Pepper
  3. Serve along side cucumbers (can be substituted with carrots, broccoli, or other veggie)
