Move over average Guacamole dip, this is a supercharged Mole-inspired Guacamole that will leave you wanting more. Perfect for Superbowl events.

Ingredients

• 8 whole avocadoes
• 4 diced Roma Tomatoes
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 jalapeno
• 1/2 red onion
• 1 cup cilantro
• Lime Juice
• Chocolate Chip
• Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure

1. Small dice tomatoes, garlic, jalapeno, red onion and cilantro
2. Garnish with salt, pepper, a hint of shaved chocolate chip and lime juice as you mash the avocado and mix in the produce
3. Serve with Blue Corn Chips and add in a little red crushed chili peppers for an extra kick
