If you love a night of football, Hot Wings, beer and women in little clothing serving your every need, you love Hooters. Here’s a few steps on spicing your next TV/football game dinner at home. We’ll show you step by step instructions on how to make and prepare your Hooters Hot Wings, yes you..

Buffalo Wings, Chicken Wings, Hot Wings or Wings are chicken wing section (called the wing, or “flat” and drummette) that are deep fried and then coated in sauce - a favorite at Hooters. Traditional Buffalo style chicken wing sauce is composed of two ingredients: a vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and margarine or butter. Buffalo wings may also be prepared with breading and sauce. Although many purists would consider breaded wings not to be genuine Buffaly-style wings, we love them all.

Ingredients

  • 15 pieces of chicken wings clean
  • 15 pieces of chicken drummetes
  • 1c Your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1/2c Honey
  • 1/2lb of Unsalted butter
  • 1/2c Tapatio Sauce (Mexican Chili Sauce)
  • 1/2c Ancho Chili Powder
  • 1c All Purpose Flour
  • Salt and Pepper to season

Procedure

  1. Dust and season chicken with ancho chili powder, All Purpose flour, salt, and pepper
  2. Heat up the frying oil around 350 F - 360 F
  3. When the oil is ready, Fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes. So is nice and moist on the inside
  4. Remove the the chicken from the fryer and place it on top of paper towel to rest
  5. Melt the unsalted butter on a pan, when the butter melt, add honey, and stir
  6. Stir in the BBQ sauce and Tapatio sauce. Stir it for another 2-3 minutes on top of the stoves
  7. Place the Chicken on a bowl. Pour the sauce on the chicken and mix them together
  8. Serve and enjoy with your favorite blue cheese dressing
