Memorial Day Beaver Burger

Tired of classic hamburger or cheeseburger? Combining Peanut butter and bacon in burger? Why not!
Ingredients
- 8oz Burger patties
- 1tbl Creamy peanut butter
- 3-4 slices of sear thick cut bacon
- 1 slice of grill red onion
- Burger buns
- 2tsp of Mayonnaise
- Salt and Fresh crack pepper to season
Procedure
- Season the burger patties with salt and pepper
- Place the patties when the grill is smoking hot
- Cook the patties 8-10 minutes on each side for a nice medium-medium rare temperature
- Grill the red onion and toast the buns on the grill
- Before removing the patties off the grill place 1tbl of peanut butter on top of the patties and let it melt for 2 minutes
- Spread the mayo on the buns and assemble the burger any way you like it
