Tired of classic hamburger or cheeseburger? Combining Peanut butter and bacon in burger? Why not!

Ingredients

  • 8oz Burger patties
  • 1tbl Creamy peanut butter
  • 3-4 slices of sear thick cut bacon
  • 1 slice of grill red onion
  • Burger buns
  • 2tsp of Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Fresh crack pepper to season

Procedure

  1. Season the burger patties with salt and pepper
  2. Place the patties when the grill is smoking hot
  3. Cook the patties 8-10 minutes on each side for a nice medium-medium rare temperature
  4. Grill the red onion and toast the buns on the grill
  5. Before removing the patties off the grill place 1tbl of peanut butter on top of the patties and let it melt for 2 minutes
  6. Spread the mayo on the buns and assemble the burger any way you like it
