Delicious Chicken Tortellini dish with Fresh Asparagus and Parmesan Cheese. Perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Buitoni Herb chicken tortallini
  • 1 tub of Buitoni Pesto sauce
  • 2 bunches of Asparagus
  • 10 pieces of dry salami
  • 1 package of sundried tomatoes (julienne cut)
  • Shredded parmesen cheese
  • Olives

Procedure

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
  2. Chop Asparagus into thirds, only keep upper 2/3 portion of asparagus.
  3. Boil asparagus till cooked (approximately 7 minutes).
  4. Cut pieces of dry salami into thin slices.
  5. In a large bowel, place cut up dry salami,1pk of sundried tomatoes, cooked asparagus, and pasta.
  6. Mix in pesto sauce into the ingredients.
  7. 7) Drizzle 1/8 of a cup of parmesan cheese
