Pesto Chicken Tortellini ala 220

Delicious Chicken Tortellini dish with Fresh Asparagus and Parmesan Cheese. Perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 package of Buitoni Herb chicken tortallini
- 1 tub of Buitoni Pesto sauce
- 2 bunches of Asparagus
- 10 pieces of dry salami
- 1 package of sundried tomatoes (julienne cut)
- Shredded parmesen cheese
- Olives
Procedure
- Cook pasta according to directions on package.
- Chop Asparagus into thirds, only keep upper 2/3 portion of asparagus.
- Boil asparagus till cooked (approximately 7 minutes).
- Cut pieces of dry salami into thin slices.
- In a large bowel, place cut up dry salami,1pk of sundried tomatoes, cooked asparagus, and pasta.
- Mix in pesto sauce into the ingredients.
- 7) Drizzle 1/8 of a cup of parmesan cheese
