Beautiful and fresh tuna dish with a spicy kick. Easy and fun to make, perfect for your foodie friends.

Ingredients

  • Small chopped Blue Eye Tuna Loin
  • 1/2 chopped red onions
  • 1/2 cup of small capers
  • 1/2 finely chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbl spoon Sambal Oelek or Sriracha
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cucumbers

Procedure

  1. Wash the capers
  2. Mix the chopped red onions, capers, oil, chives, Sambal Oelek, Salt and Pepper and Tuna
  3. Slice and peel cucumbers
  4. Use cucumbers as the base for the sashimi dish
  5. Splash a hint of lemon juice for extra tartness, you may also mix in guacamole and julianned produce (carrots, cucumbers, radish, etc)

Chef’s Notes:

Prepare an hour before served for extra freshness.
