Blue Eye Tuna Sashimi

Beautiful and fresh tuna dish with a spicy kick. Easy and fun to make, perfect for your foodie friends.
Ingredients
- Small chopped Blue Eye Tuna Loin
- 1/2 chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup of small capers
- 1/2 finely chopped chives
- 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbl spoon Sambal Oelek or Sriracha
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cucumbers
Procedure
- Wash the capers
- Mix the chopped red onions, capers, oil, chives, Sambal Oelek, Salt and Pepper and Tuna
- Slice and peel cucumbers
- Use cucumbers as the base for the sashimi dish
- Splash a hint of lemon juice for extra tartness, you may also mix in guacamole and julianned produce (carrots, cucumbers, radish, etc)

Prepare an hour before served for extra freshness.
