Peppercorn zucchini

I like to make this fresh zucchini for dinner at least a few times a week. I occasionally use this recipe to add flavor, reduce textures. This is a simple recipe that takes 15 minutes and I enjoy with Chicken and rice.
Ingredients
- 1tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4tpls peppercorn dressing-you decide, but enough to sizzle the pan
- 1 zucchini
- 2 small gloves garlic
Procedure
- Cut up zucchini in 1.4″ cubes
- Heat the pan, add crushed garlic add zucchini
- Stir frequently
- Add peppercorn for richer taste
- Remove from heat and let cool upon browning
