I like to make this fresh zucchini for dinner at least a few times a week. I occasionally use this recipe to add flavor, reduce textures. This is a simple recipe that takes 15 minutes and I enjoy with Chicken and rice.

Ingredients

  • 1tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4tpls peppercorn dressing-you decide, but enough to sizzle the pan
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 small gloves garlic

Procedure

  1. Cut up zucchini in 1.4″ cubes
  2. Heat the pan, add crushed garlic add zucchini
  3. Stir frequently
  4. Add peppercorn for richer taste
  5. Remove from heat and let cool upon browning
